Do most people actually like ERS? Is it about racing? I will submit and use it next season, but it distorts outcomes, discriminates against non expert licensees, and, in my opinion, ruins many races. Is the benefit commensurate with the thinking it doesn't require?

I like using it, because my primary goal in playing this game is getting race wins, and ERS makes it easier to try for those. However, it costs budget, which could otherwise be used to build a better team.
