Japan F1 Points Incorrect
|
Quick one to point out that the points for Japan are incorrect. The flag was waved a lap early, so the correct results were as of lap 52, per https://www.formula1.com/en/results.html/2019/races/1016/japan/race-result.html
EDIT: Results did move just now due to the Leclerc penalties after the race. I know that the usual rules is that points here don't change due to that, so Leclerc would still be 6th site-wise. |

Thanks for the quick response. My point is the chequered flag waved on lap 52, a lap early and that the results changed soon after the race finish. That said, I get the need to get results sorted quickly, so if you took a cut of the results earlier, that's the way it is.

The first published race result was the ranking after 53 laps: https://www.pfrl.net/TW/Results_Jap19.jpg
I have used this ranking for the PFRL results.
According to the PFRL rules, I will not make any changes anymore: The scores are calculated after the chequered flag from an official web site (as soon as the results are published). Changes because of disqualifications, grid penalties or something like that after the PFRL database update do not have any influences on the PFRL results anymore
