It is not a secret. Everyone here has eyes and can read the rules section.
As for consistency, again you're wrong. Same formula is used week in, week out. That's consistent. EVERY value change can be explained by the formula and other things clearly mentioned and available to ALL in the rules section.

It's all formula based in the rules section (see the component costs section). Not some dark magic or based on how Maverick feels on the day. I (or anyone knowing the rules) could have told you before the race that Hamilton would drop value if he didn't win. That formula is applied after every race, in the same way, so it's consistent.
