2015/16: Suggestion of PFRL component values

Each registered player is able to submit its own component rankings for the next season. The own rankings can be edit as often as wanted until the deadline (06.02.2016).
The component values for the first race are the result of the average of all submitted rankings. The status light right beside a component shows if a value exceeds a limit defined by PFRL (green = within, yellow = slight difference).
PFRL reserves the right, rankings with red status lights not to us for the average calculation.
