Team Details page error?

On the Team-Details page, (PFRL_TeamDet.asp), the "LAST CHANGE (SERVER TIME)" statistic shows the change timestamp for the current race, even when you are viewing past race results. Is this intentional?  It doesn't seem like it, given that you can see the proper timestamps when you view past results in the RACE and QUALIFYING tabs of a race series, as tooltips on the team names.
