Change in value:
The change in value per race is limited to +/-3 Mio. for each component.
Additional money:
After each race a Fantasy team gets up to 2 Mio. additional money. The amount depends on the achieved value enhancement by the regular component cost adjustments:
Value enhancement under 4 Mio: +2 Mio extra money
Value enhancement equal 4 Mio: +1 Mio extra money
Value enhancement over 4 Mio: no extra money
Budget upper limit:
The total value of a Fantasy team is limited to 160 Mio.
Extraordinary adjustment of costs:
The extraordinary adjustment of costs feature is available to prevent too fast growing team budgets because of the component cost adjustments after each race.
After the 3rd race an obligatory extraordinary adjustment of component costs is executed. This regulation is valid for the components Team Principal, Driver 1 and 2, Chassis and Engine (not for Driver 3 and Tyres). This adjustment can also be done without a change of the component costs.
PPRL adjusts the component costs which do not correspond to their current performance level. The prices of undervalued components will rise, the value of overrated components will be decreased.
If necessary, an optional extraordinary adjustment of component costs will be executed after race 7 (valid only for Driver 1 and 2, Chassis and Engine components).
The component costs are adjusted without a modification of the total team budget values. The cash balance of the teams are altered accordingly. This can lead to a negative cash balance.
The team owners have to adjust their teams to get a cash balance >=0. The negative cash balances are cleared automatically by PFRL.net after the database closing time.
After an extraordinary adjustment of component costs, 5 free team changes are possible only prior to the following race.
