After the 3rd race an extraordinary adjustment of costs will be executed by PFRL for the first time with a change of component prices.
At first the normal development of costs is submitted according to the rules 3.1. It means, that all team budgets profit or suffer from the price changes.
Afterwards the extraordinary adjustment of costs is applied. The components team principal and engine remain unchanged.
The prices of the drivers of Sauber, Toro Rosso, Williams and Lotus, as well as the chassis of Sauber, Williams and Lotus are revalued. The changes in detail will be published after the 3rd race in the forum.
These extraordinary price changes will lead to a negative cash balance in some of the teams . However, this is not a disadvantage for these teams. It just means that the team budget is not big enough to use the selected components furthermore.
